Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to promote next month's bout.
Ex twice unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
However, the novice continues to be one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
